Orders

1. What do I need to order?


Before you order, you will need to accurate and completed shipping address. We will not take responsibility for any invalid address.


2.What if I need to change my order?


If there is any change you want to apply to your order, please inform us at hello@tijnhome.com within 2 hours after you place your order. Kindly note that no changes can be made if the order has been shipped out and completed.


3. What's the status of my order?


To check on the status of an order, sign into your account on tijnhome.com using the email address and password you used during checkout. Once you signed in, click "Orders" in the menu, and behold! Your info's all there. You're always welcome to reach out via emailing hello@tijnhome.com.

Products

Regarding the function of the products, we now have 4 main types items available: Walkon, Accessories (including Earrings, Bracelets, Necklaces and Rings), Bags and Lifestyle products.

Care Instruction

1. Shoes


Please kindly brush off all dirt and dust to ensure the leather is clean and dry before applying any care products. Do not rub too hard as it might damage the leather. If you have a tough oil or grease stain on your leather shoes, pat the affected spot with a clean cloth and apply a layer of cornstarch or talcum powder. Let it sit for 2-3 hours to absorb the oil. Carefully remove the powder with a soft brush. Store them in a cool and dry place with shoe trees. It helps to keep their shape, and also to dry them out. Avoid placing your shoes near a heater as the heat could cause discoloration or cracking.


For smooth leather, we advise you use a leather cream to deeply rehydrate the leather to revive its original shine. Apply with a clean cloth in circular motions, allow the shoes to fully absorb the cream, and finally brush gently with a shine brush to remove any excess cream.


Suede leather can be protected prior to wear with a water repellent protector. Wipe the shoes clean gently with a damp cloth and allow it to dry in a cool room. Rub a suede eraser on the surface of the scuff or smudge mark. Wipe away any eraser residue with your suede brush.


2. Accessories


Humidity, salt and solvents may cause permanent and irreversible wear and tear. Please avoid direct contact with heat, oil, cosmetics and other abrasive products. Please keep away from excessive friction and overexposure to direct light to prevent the monogram from fading. To maintain the original quality of the accessory, store your accessory in a clean and dry place when not in use.

Shipping and Returns

1. When will I get my order?


We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over US$30. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 10-24 for standard shipping. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.


2. How long will the items of pre-orders be shipped?


The items of pre-orders, along with the rest of the order will be processed once the stock becomes available, the date shown on the website is only a guide. We will however endeavor to process your order ready for delivery to you either on the date shown or shortly afterwards. Please check the timeframe we updated on the page of pre-order items.


3. What is your return policy?


If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us at hello@tijnhome.com for return validation within three months. Please check the details of our Return Policy: https://tijnhome.com/return-policy


4. How do I set up a return?


Kindly email us at hello@tijnhome.com, so we can get started on the return process. We'd love to hear your feedback too.


5. What if I'm not happy with the fit of my products?


We want you to love the look and feel of your new items, so we add many natural looking photos of real life and product details for your reference.


We do NOT provide Try-On service, since we encourage less transportation energy consumption and unnecessary back-and-forth shipments for the goal of sustainability. This is a great step against the shipment patterns of traditional brands and an important step towards the green future.

We now accept 3 payment models: Paypal, Visa and, Master cards. All are safe, easy and trust-worthy global payment methods. We will also provide some coupon codes at times which will save you pretty much dollars. Kindly pay attention to our subscription newsletter.
