If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us via email@example.com for return validation within 90 days after delivery, we will provide a return shipping address after validation. Returns must be in their original condition and with all accessories included in your package (cases and cloths etc.).
When you do return any glasses we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.
Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your original order as soon as we received the parcel. The extra shipping costs are non-refundable once the package has been shipped. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All brand-new products can be returned for refund. You'll get full refund for products in original conditions. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
