Return Policy

 

If for any reason customers are not satisfied, please contact us via hello@tijnhome.com to apply for return within 30 days after delivery, we will provide a return shipping address after validation. The product(s) must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund, including all garment tags still attached, the original packaging and the box it came in.

Shoes
The product(s) must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes all garment tags still attached, the original packaging and the box it came in. Please make sure to try your new shoes on a clean, soft interior surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

Accessories
In the interests of hygiene, please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry.

We recommend that you choose a shipment method that enables tracking. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged or lost in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure. To complete your return, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage in the package or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company.

Once we receive and confirm your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will issue refund after your reconfirmation. Please allow up to 7-9 business days for your refund to be processed. The credit for your returned product(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the product(s). Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

All brand-new products can be returned for refund. You'll get full refund for products in original conditions. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
