Shoes must be returned in the exact condition in which the shoes were shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes all garment tags still attached, the original packaging and the box it came in. Please make sure to try your new shoes on a clean, soft interior surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.
In the interests of hygiene, please make sure that all original tags are attached, original packaging is intact and there are no signs of wear on any of the jewelry, and keep our product in clean condition.
Both digital and physical gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We recommend that you choose a shipment method that enables tracking.
